NEWS RELEASE

This is a news release written for my Public Relations writing course taken my senior year at ASU. This accurately displays my knowledge of AP writing style and clear, concise communication with an audience.

This feature story is of a Professor in the Department of Sustainable Technology at ASU. This displays my ability to interview, research, and display an individual's hard work and service to the community through concise writing.

This is a Bio and Fact Sheet of a guest speaker we had in many of my Public Relations courses. This work displays my ability to take a prominent individuals hour long speech of his work in the field and put it into a concise description of the material covered.

FACT SHEET

This is a fact sheet for a local boutique I interned at. It displays my knowledge of the 5Ws and H and how to accurately display relevant information to the boutique's publics through a fact sheet format.

BACKGROUNDER

This backgrounder is of a new university building and University Giving in which I compiled research of the two different ASU components and showed how they were working together to create a lasting impact.

PITCH LETTER TO THE EDITOR

This is a pitch letter written to the editor for a local boutique's first Christmas fashion show for charity. I compiled venue location, availability, and content for local news sources to access and benefit the local boutique.

SOCIAL MEDIA WORK 

These are some examples of the work I have done through paid and unpaid social media internships, volunteer work, and course assignments. I thoroughly enjoy working on social media due to its wide range of opportunities and advancements in technology. From retaining followers, to increased awareness through shares and raffle drawing contests, social media platforms show effective communication to a wide range of audiences. These examples include social media content displayed on the platforms of Facebook and Instagram. Although the photos of posts are from my work in social media for boutiques and printing shops, I have also created ideas, strategies, and infrastructure in many businesses social media accounts to implement for years to come.
